A sound journey to bring us fully into our physical body.  One of my teachers, Shiv Charan Singh shared an analogy of a kite and it stuck with me.  For a kite to fly free and be able to undertake fascinating and magical tricks it needs someone holding the rope; it needs a solid structure from which to move.  As humans we also need this solid base and the physical form gives us that.
