Service Description
A one-hour session tailored to your needs; whether you're looking to strengthen or detox a particular internal organ or you'd love to explore movements to relax the nervous system, there are so many possibilities. A 30 min online chat will give us an opportunity to get to know each other more and to better understand what might be useful. I will tailor an hour-long session with the intention of meeting your needs. I work very intuitively too so as the session approaches inner knowing will come to me about additional pieces I can add to the mix to bring even more inner harmony and balance. Please book the 30-minute call and then we can agree a date and time for the hour-long session together.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with over 24 hours' notice to avoid a $20 charge. For any bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice the full amount for the session will be charged, which is $50 for the connection call. If you have a genuine reason for not attending; a medical or other emergency, please get in touch and let's see what's possible.
