Service Description

Get a group of 3-10 friends together and come and treat yourselves to a tailored session. Great for strengthening heart centred connections, for building community and for nourishing each other and yourself. Includes a phone conversation to agree date and time, location and content, plus preparation and delivery of a 2 hour session. Saturdays are possible too please call to book this day 021 570 126.
