I don't know about you but as soon as I exercise my physical body, I start to feel different. When we are going through changes it can be a challenge to motivate ourselves, but I promise it's worth it.
Moving our physical form also opens the potential for us to lighten the load at a cellular level, luckily all the modalities below offer this possibility.
They have improved my breathing, given me more umph, opened me to greater self-perception of the interior me, relaxed and strengthened my nervous system and internal organs and so much more. Would you love some of that?!
